The Kings Throne

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The King room is our largest room, featuring a large private bath and large walk-in closet. Sit, relax and enjoy the views of the mansion across the street.  Dubbed as "Mansion View", this mansion has direct historical connection to The Kings Throne.

This room was named after the builder of the house, Shadrack Groff. The Groff offers a new queen size bed, side tables with lamps, full length mirrors and black out curtains.  This room also has two side windows that open to allow an evening cross breeze.

The ceiling fan and lights are controlled by a remote that will be on your bedside table.

This room shares a bathroom with the Sun room. The sun room is set up for one guest. If the sun room is not reserved, then the bathroom will be yours.

The Reynolds Room, named after the original owners of the house. This room features a private bath with rainfall shower, black out curtains and new queen size bed.  

The Sun Room is the smallest room available in the house, it features a twin size bed, a hammock and beautiful private sun porch. This room is perfect for a quick overnight, or a month long stay. This room has a shared bath just outside the door. This bath is shared with the guests from the Groff room. Should that room not be booked during your stay, then the bathroom is all yours. 

The Excalibur Suite has room for four guests. Features a private bath, black out curtains, side widows for cool cross breeze, two closets, two queen size beds, working desk, dressers and full first floor access.

The Excalibur Suite combines the Reynolds room and the Groff room.

This option is ideal for accommodating large groups on any occasion. You can reserve the entire house, including both the first and second floors, for your family and friends. This option provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests, with the possibility of accommodating a maximum of 11 guests with the addition of two air mattresses. Moreover, the Sun Room features a hammock for an additional sleeping option.
